'DIP KOREA' informs our users on how their privacy information is being used for what purpose and what measures are being taken to protect them
ο This policy will take effect from June 1, 2016.

'DIP KOREA' collects following privacy information items for membership signing-up, consultation, and application for services.
ο Information items: Name, gender mobile phone number, e-mail, company name, company phone number, credit card information, bank account information, service usage record, access log, access IP information, and payment records

■ Purpose of gathering and using privacy information
'DIP KOREA' uses the collected privacy information for the following purposes.
ο Performance of the service agreement, settlement of the fees for the services, provision of contents, purchasing and payment, delivery of the goods or bills, identify authentication for financial transactions and financial services
ο Membership management
Identity authentication for membership service delivery, identification, prevention of abuses by abusive members, prevention of non-authorized usage, claim processing and complaints processing, delivery of notifications

Development and customization of new services (products)
■ Term of storage and usage for the privacy information
'DIP KOREA' will, without exceptions, destroy the privacy information after they served their intended purpose of gathering and usage.
■ Destruction Process and Method
'DIP KOREA' will, without exceptions, destroy the privacy information after they served their intended purpose of gathering and usage, as a principle.
The process and method of destruction are as follows.
ο Destruction process
The information you provided for signing up for our membership, etc., will be transferred to a separate DB after they served their purposes (in the case of paper forms, to the designated file cabinet). Then, in accordance with the internal policies and other related laws and regulations, as well as the causes for the protection of the information (see the Term of Storage and Use), the information will be destroyed after a certain amount of time.
The privacy information, once transferred to the separate DB, will not be used for any other purposes unless required by the law.
ο Destruction Method
- The privacy information stored as electronic files will be deleted using methods that will prevent revival of the records.
- The privacy information printed on paper will be shredded or incinerated.
■ Provision of privacy information
In principle, 'DIP KOREA' will not provide the privacy information we gathered to a third party, except for following
- There has been a prior agreement between the parties
- It is required by the law or there was a request by a law enforcement agency for the purpose of an investigation in accordance with the legally defined procedures.
■ Entrusting the Privacy Information
'DIP KOREA' will not entrust the privacy information to a third party without your consent. If such entrustment is required in the future, the party which is entrusted and the work process which is outsourced will be notified to you. And, if necessary, we will ask for your prior consent.
■ The rights of the users and their legal representative and how to exercise such rights
The users and their legal representatives are allowed to access and modify the privacy information of theirs or children under 14. And, they can also make requests for withdrawal from our membership.
In order to access and modify the privacy information of the users or children under 14, click ‘Edit Privacy Information (Edit Member Information, etc.), and, to withdraw from the membership, click ‘Withdraw from the Membership’ to go through the authentication process to access, edit, or withdraw.
Or, we will respond to your request immediately if you contact our privacy officer in writing, through phone, or e-mails.
If you request a correction of errors in the privacy information, we will not use or provide the privacy information until such an error is corrected. Also, if we have provided erroneous privacy information to a third party, we will inform the third party of the result of the correction process without delay to make corrections.
oo will process the privacy information of a user who has withdrawn from his/her membership or such information deleted upon request from the user or his/her legal representative in accordance with the “Term of Storage and Usage of the Privacy Information Collected by oo.” We also ensure that such information is not used or accessed for any other purposes.
■ Issues related to installation and operation of privacy information collecting equipment and the refusal thereof
We do not operate the mechanisms through which the privacy information that is created automatically when using cookies or other Internet services.
■ Services to Respond to Complaints on Privacy Information
'DIP KOREA' has designated the department and officer in charge of privacy information in order to protect the privacy information and process the complaints related to privacy information.
